1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB)) through our online shop. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

3. Conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
(2) By clicking the “Buy now” button you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart.
(3) The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.
4. Prices and shipping costs
(1) All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT.
(2) In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs. The shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.
5. Delivery and availability
(1) We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries.
(2) Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 3-7 working days.
(3) If a product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
6. Terms of payment
(1) Payment is made at the customer’s discretion by advance payment, PayPal, credit card or other payment methods offered in the shop.
(2) If you choose the payment method "advance payment," we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation. Delivery will take place after receipt of payment.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions.
Cancellation policy:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the revocation in good time.
Consequences of revocation:
In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.
You must return the goods to us promptly and no later than 14 days. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable foodstuffs or to products that are sealed for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9. Warranty and Liability
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) We shall only be liable for claims for damages in the event of intent and gross negligence as well as in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
10. Data protection
We process your personal data only within the scope of the legal provisions. Details can be found in our privacy policy.
11. Final provisions
(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(3) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is – to the extent permitted by law – the registered office of Besler Food GmbH .
